The UIC Middle East Region tasked IEC International with producing a document on the long-term vision for the region in 2050.

Ms Kozyreva and Mr Chistyakov from IEC International presented organisational issues, basic content ideas and details of planned meetings to Middle East Region members from Iran, Israel, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the UIC Middle East Region team.

Ms Kozyreva and Mr Chistyakov plan to interview members of the UIC Middle East Region so as to be able to complete the Vision 2050 by 22 November 2022, the date of the plenary session of the RAME Region.
