The 9th PROACTIVE progress meeting (PM9) will be held on 27-28 September 2021 at the SNCB Office. This meeting is restricted to PROACTIVE consortium members.
The meeting will be organised in a hybrid format, specifically:
- physical participation for the partners who can and wish to travel to Brussels, and
- online attendance for those who prefer to join remotely. We will arrange a web conference link and set up a connection in the meeting room.
The project progress meeting will be followed by the joint conference with projects TRANSTUN, eNOTICE and MELODY on 29-30 September in Brussels at the “Bouche à Oreille” (BAO) venue.

Venue
The progress meeting on 27-28 September will be held at the SNCB Office located Avenue Porte de Hal, 40, B – 1060, Brussels, Belgium.
Rigorous Covid-19 safety measures will be implemented at the meeting venue to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to the room capacity, maximum two persons per partner can be physically present.
Beverages and lunch will be provided during the meetings.
Travel & Accommodation
Each partner is strongly encouraged to check the travel conditions to and from Belgium which may of course change until the meeting.
Each partner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Bookings are made at each partner’s own risk from their respective travel budgets. We strongly encourage you use flexible bookings and to double check the free cancellation policies before you engage any cost.
